I went ahead and installed and there's no sound at all, just the facial expressions.
Same here, and the icon isn't a rounded square like it is in the video, its a normal square. The only sound that works is when you put McCain to sleep.
Make sure you guys have your ringers turned on! Senator McCain will stay quiet if you don't.
